The usual ITKers have confirmed the Clarke deal's all greenlit

Clarke & Phillips should be plenty good enough a CB pairing for a mid table Championship team, especially with the defensive support of Ozoh & Adams, who's 107 tackles is a league high and more than double anyone else in our team (although Ozoh's tackles per 90 is even higher)
